同学们，大家好！今天我们来了解“一带一路”倡议所践行的绿色发展之路，它不仅推动基础设施互联互通，更在绿色生产生活方式上积极实践。
“一带一路”倡议高度重视绿色发展理念，将加强生态环保合作、防范生态环境风险置于重要位置。在经济发展进程中，坚持环境友好原则，把生态文明和绿色发展理念全面融入经贸合作。如此一来，沿线国家得以构建生态环保与经贸合作相互促进的良好格局，实现经济社会发展与生态环境保护协调共进。
在实践中，绿色发展理念已转化为一系列具体行动。中国与“一带一路”沿线国家在绿色基建、绿色能源、绿色交通、绿色金融等多个领域合作不断深化。比如，中国实施“绿色丝路使者计划”，为上百个共建国家培训上万名环境与气候专业人才，有力提升了当地的绿色发展能力，切实改善了当地民众的福祉。
“一带一路”的绿色发展合作还是多边合作的典范。中国积极作为，与30多个国家及国际组织签署环保合作协议，还与31个国家共同发起。
“一带一路”绿色发展伙伴关系倡议。这些合作机制搭建起了国际对话与交流的桥梁，为绿色技术交流和绿色产品贸易创造了有利条件，有效推动了共建国家绿色生产水平的提升。
经过10年的不懈努力，“一带一路”绿色发展成效斐然。众多绿色基建、绿色能源项目从蓝图变为现实，绿色已然成为共建“一带一路”的鲜明标志。
未来，“一带一路”绿色发展国际联盟将携手中外合作伙伴，持续开展联合研究，定期发布《“一带一路”绿色发展展望》系列报告，及时总结经验、分享进展，为绿色丝绸之路建设提供决策依据和行动指引。
