BYD's Blade Battery and CATL's Cell-to-Pack (CTP) technology are redefining the future of the automotive industry. Look at market mechanisms: the national carbon market, covering 4.5 billion tonnes of emissions, stands as the world's largest carbon pricing system, translating every tonne of carbon reduced by enterprises into tangible economic value.
This transformation is further reflected in the elevation of our developmental philosophy. Through the "Three Lines, One List" ecological zoning control policy, we prevent energy-intensive projects from sprouting indiscriminately. Through the Forest Chief and River/Lake Chief systems, 670,000 forest rangers and 760,000 water guardians jointly safeguard our lucid waters and lush mountains, raising forest coverage to 24.02% and wetland protection rates beyond 50%. These institutional innovations are transforming ecological assets into dividends of development.
